Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers and entrepreneurs through our online shop. The GTC apply in the version valid at the time of the order.

2. Contract Conclusion
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order. By clicking the Order with payment obligation button, you place a binding order for the goods in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of the order is sent immediately after the order is submitted.
3. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices shown are final prices and include statutory VAT. In addition to the prices shown, we charge a flat rate of EUR 6.90 per order for delivery within Germany. For orders over EUR 150, we deliver free of charge.
4. Delivery
Delivery is made within Germany and to selected EU countries. The delivery time is usually 2-5 working days. We ship with DHL and UPS. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number by email.
5. Payment
We accept the following payment methods: Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA direct debit, Klarna. Payment is processed through our payment service provider Stripe.
6. Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
7. Youth Protection
The sale of alcohol to persons under 18 years of age is prohibited by law. By placing your order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to request proof of age upon delivery.
8. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply. In case of defects, you are entitled to subsequent performance. If subsequent performance fails, you may, at your option, reduce the purchase price or withdraw from the contract.
9. Liability
We are liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health that are based on an intentional or negligent breach of duty. Otherwise, we are only liable for intent and gross negligence.
10. Dispute Resolution
The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
11. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
